TVC holdings - Upcoming Divedend

    Hi all, just said I would let ye all aware in case your not aware that TVC Holdings have an upcoming dividend as announced at there AGM back in May. It is a special once off dividend of 49.5c per share on stock held in the company on September 11th which is being payed to the shareholders in absence of current deals in the market. payout date is September 25th.

    The Company's latest NAV is 122c therefore the company is currently trading at a considerable discount at current share price of 98c.

    Might be of interest to some of you.

    TVC Holdings - Special Dividend: Valuation Update
    TVC Holdings share price dropped back to 56c this week due to special dividend payed.

    The share price of UTV, the Northern Ireland-based media group, has been rising lately (to £1.95 or €2.32) and TVC has an 18% holding in UTV. That holding now accounts for 50% of TVC's net asset value.

    Following the payment of the special dividend, TVC Holdings now has a net asset value of 79c a share. Cash balances account for 36% of net asset value and private equity holdings the balance of 14%.

    At 56c, the shares trade on a 29% discount to net asset value.

    Good to know but what's the main shareholders plan?
