    so the company i worked for has transferred us to a new undertaking. My readings online say that a TUPE situation means that you should get 30 days notice except when there is an exceptional reason.


    So 2 questions
    what is an exceptional reason?
    If there was as report made about not getting 30 days notice could this be made anonymously?
