Starting college but no accommodation yet?

I have a short-term sublet available, which would be ideal for a college student looking for a base to househunt in the longer term. The reason I'm subletting is that I'm moving but paying rent here until October, so need a sublet just to cover the cost.

The apartment is located beside the Iveagh Markets at Christchurch, so about 10 or 15 minutes walk to Front Arch.

The room is a double, with a toilet/sink en suite. There are two other flatmates, a large sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor terrace area.

The flat is available from the 9th September until the 9th October. The rent for the whole month period is €420. I can work out a pro rata rate if you would rather not take it for the entire duration.

Let me know if you need any further information. I'm a former Trinity student myself, and one tenant here still is so it'd be pretty familiar territory!

    Thanks
