    Folks,

Does anyone know of any alternatives to using HTC themselves to repair a cracked screen on a HTC One ?

I sent it to them, two weeks ago with the promise of having it back in 5 days. Turns out they now want almost 100 euro to just send it back broken, and €220 to actually fix it.

They have been really poor to deal with .... Feel like I am being robbed !

That's quite annoying, is the Touch Panel cracked or the LCD?

If it was just the touch panel you could still save money by fixing it yourself even with the €100 they're trying to charge you...if its the LCD you would still save a little bit too....the only advantage you have with them doing it is that your warranty wont be affected

You should find out what they're trying to charge you €100 for before you get it back though
