eFibre availability in the Northside Civic Centre

I was wondering if eFibre is available in the Northside Civic Centre in Coolock. I checked the phone number on the website and it said yes, but when I requested to be contacted about it I was told I would be contacted if it became available. So I'm left unclear as to whether it is available or not.
