Billing query

    Hi Folks,

    I have recently received a bill which was incorrect. I rang through to customer service and spoke to Amy. She told me I was due a refund and that the billing wasn't set up correctly and that the corrected amount would be taken from my account.
    The DD was taken yesterday for the incorrect amount. 
    Is there a way one of you can check this for me?
