I am provisionally accepted for btea. But I cannot register for my course for another 2weeks so I cannot get paid by btea until I register.

My course started Monday and today I collect my dole. This is where I am confused. Do I collect my dole as I have no money and am still not in college(officially) ? Also btea is meant to be paid asim in college but I am attending but not official yet. Will I just go and collect my money tomorrow?

And will I get back payed for the extra 60 euro i would get for btea this week? I'm on 100 on dole and 160 for btea.

Keep collecting your money until you register with the collage, then go back to the social welfare office and give them the letter. You will not get BTEA until they receive this letter.

Not sure on being back paid you will have to ask them.

When you register with the college, you have to give Social Welfare a letter from the college stating you are now a registered student, and the date that the course you are on commences. They generally pay you from that date. I would imagine, however, that you will actually be paid from when you register, as you would not be a student up until that point.
