strange large fish sighting

    bear with me hear, my dad apparently saw some kind of fish, basically like a large Pollock but about 5foot long, he couldn't get a photo as the waves were coming too far in. it surfaced once or twice or something and then moved on..

    at the time a lot of gannets were diving in the same area and there were a lot of mullet around but he didn't catch anything in the 5 hours he was there..

    it wasn't a seal or a dolphin, unless he's exaggerating crazily so, what could it be? :s

    Probably because he took every fish out of the sea from his last fishing trip.:pac::pac:
