compression sleeves

Any one know where I can get neoprene arm compression sleeves. The reason I'm asking is when I do a long open water swim my index and middle go numb but if I wear a wet suit it does not happen. I don't like to wear a wet suit. So I'm hoping they might help.

Not neoprene but these hold up well in the water: http://www.legstyle.eu/home/101-micromassage-calf-sleeves-solidea.html

I wear them as arm sleeves aswell as calf sleeves, once you check measurements you should be fine.

I know compressport do arm sleeves , I think one is for warmth and one is "compression" www.compressport.ie

You could try using a neoprene glove as well !

Have tried gloves but they don't work as its not the cold. I was told it might be the repetitive swinging of the arms.
