I am planning on having a shed built out my back, with the purpose of it to be used as a personal gym.
I have no rear entrance and materials will have to come through my home.
I have a medium/small back garden and it would need a concrete base (currently grass). Any suggestions on size, insulation or companies?
    Any advice is welcome

Love home gyms. I have one in a basement room which is approx 4m x 4m. I can't imagine it being much smaller and would prob go without one if it had to be. It depends on what equipment you need and how much space you need for floor work. In that space I have a power rack with lat pulldown and bench, treadmill, dumbbell rack big enough for 1-30kg, a few plyo boxes and enough floor space to do foam rolling stretching etc.

Great job on the shed megapixel. It has given me a better idea on what I will need to do.

A problem I am going to have in my garden is a hill that starts in the middle and reaching to my backwall just under 1 foot of muck and stone. It is a steep ascent and levels out.
Should I build on this or dig it out?
