Jaysis. What year are you guys repeating? How long is the course?

I actually haven't failed a year yet thank god. He has changed course and repeated twice but started college a few years before me. I'm in biomed and he's in general science. We're gonna share some modules though. At this rate I'll have my degree before him.

can you get your SUSI grant even if you are repeating ? and if so does it mean that if you are eligable for it than you don't have to pay your fees if you choose to repeat internally ?

nah you can't get a grant for a repeat year unless there is exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons).

I passed, but not enough to get into final year. Maynooth, it's been a blast, but I'm outta here.

Back in the day, my dad knew someone in TCD.

    Failed 1st year, repeated, passed.
    Failed 2nd year, repeated, passed.
    Failed 3rd year, repeated, passed.
    Failed 4th year, repeated, passed.

He's in his 50s now. His name is Pete. They still call him re-Pete.
