To accommodate the Luas works, there'll no longer be access to Dawson Street. AFAIK these amendments will only be for the duration of the works.

From Stephen's Green East, you'll have to turn right onto Merrion Row, and then down Merrion Square and around the far side of Trinity.

I can foresee HUGE bottlenecks at this new turn at Merrion Row, with traffic coming off the Green, along with traffic coming up from Kildare Street.
