Online transfer issue

    Hi,

    Transfered money from my bank to a third party (Credit Card).
    The CC company is a benficiary that I have set up and used before without issue.
    There has been no mistake in beneficiary details.
    CC company say they didnt receive.
    My bank say it has left my account and are going to look into it.

    I get the feeling Im going to be bounced from 'we sent it' to ' we didnt get it'.


    So if anyone out there has been in this situation, how it got resolved?

    Easiest thing is to call beneficiary bank, get a name and fax number for their CC dept, get back onto sending bank, give them those details and ask them to send a proof of payment.
