i got a stove (Freestanding Stoves - TR Midi 6.5) January 2012 and the chimney was cleaned then.

The only thing I burn in it is wood and coal - no rubbish. Would I need to get chimney cleaned before winter?

How is it cleaned with stove? Do I need a specialist chimney sweep? Can anyone recommend someone in the Meath area?

The chimney should be swept at a least once a year with a flexible liner it's recommended twice a year.

A wood burn should be swept twice a year and generally given its last sweep before its laid up for the summer.
