CRM 4.0 -=> where next !?

    Hello,

    Have a customer running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
    Managed to virtualise just in case the older hardware goes offline.

    What options do I have from here !:
    Upgrade to CRM 2012,mad money..
    Microsoft CRM in-cloud, as well, not sure how that goes, anyone using it ?
    Found SAGE doing CRM as well..

    I need a version that does have Exchange integration.
    Maxim 5 users CAL.
    Have Server 2012 and Exchange on site.
    Broadband, typical & fast 8M ADSL from Eircom.
