Hi All - I have had a hybrid road bike for a few years now but just recently I have started to go on more prolonged and regular cycles. Maximum cycle to date is 12 miles in about 49 minutes. I go out 3 or 4 times a week. Having caught the bug, I have just ordered a Giant Defy on line and I am now wondering about proper cycling shoes. To date I have just been wearing Adidas training shoes on standard pedals. Any help from more experienced cyclists would be much appreciated. Thanks, Mick.
