Dublin Airport advertising car parking

    Has anyone heard the ads on the radio for Dublin Airport parking? What do you make of it? As in, why the need for it (the advertising, I mean)?

    I'm wondering if it's a consequence of all the bus/coach services now serving the Airport, meaning less people travelling by car, or, is it competition from other parking options, or both?

    Passenger numbers are increasing, so it's got to be one or other of these.

    Sounds like a good public transport story, IMO. If you provide good public transport, people will use it.
