So just a quick for people that are doing a 4 year business courses type at DIT.

If a person failed 1 module out of 7/8, Is there a good chance that the student will be allowed to carry it over into second year if the repeat was also a fail.

Its 1 module worth 5 credits. The subject (accounting) is thought in second year, although more difficult.

General attendance would've been good with few missed days. Could this help or class participation help too?

If people could just post their own experience or if they directly know people that have been in a similar situation.

    Thanks in advanced

It really depends on your course co-ordinator and what his/her policy on carrying modules was. I'm in DT365 (lvl 8 Business and Management) and we we're allowed carry from 1st to 2nd year, but not in other years.

Have a chat with the head of your course and plead your case!

Thanks it's not for me , was just checking in general, Dt341, found out they've stop the process of people doing this.

Fail 1 module, repeat 1st year, albeit just that 1 module.
