Yeah only when he's hauled up in court.

In fairness, it's the first time for him and there's usually only a slap of the wrist for first time offenders. Maybe this will scare him into acting better and thinking before doing, or he'll have something to answer for next time in court.

How about 100 hours community service, to be used at the victims' descretion? Need the grass in the garden cut, call the scumbag. Need the windows cleaned or some painting done, call the scumbag.

Justice that the victim can see and benefit from.

Is it not obvious that the poor youth saw a rat run across the victim's window ledge and in an act of virtuosic, dexterical talent tried to stop said rat with a bottle...
