Hey, just received the social services card for child benefit , there was no letter attached to inform me when i can collect payment , anyone know when i can collect ?

Are you talking about what was formerly know as Childrens Allowance? You should get a letter informing you when the payment will start - it will deposited into your account. You can call them and ask about the timeline since you now have the baby's PPS no.
