I have a 00 Toyota Avensis, I lost one of the keys but have the spare. Do I just go to a dealer to make up another one? What is my cheapest option as this is an electronic key and im scared this is gona be an expensive loss!

If you don't need a remote key then it wont be too bad
A locksmith will probably be able to do the whole lot

    What key you have left?

    Grey or black?

How's immo LED when you put a key into an ignition? Suddenly off, or stops blinking, stays on for approx. 2 seconds, then off?

The OP is in Cork and travel to Dublin for a key is a bit far.
Autokey have 0 customer service outside the pale, I've tried them myself.

OP start with contacting dealer to get a quote so you know what they charge.
Then check with a few local places for quotes and if they can even do keys with transponders, some might do it for <100 euro.

If OP's remaining key is master, they'll charge approx. 250 + VAT + labour.

If OP's remaining key is valet, they'll charge approx. 2000 + VAT + labour.

Also consider having the lost key deleted from the immobiliser authorisation list so it can't be used to start the car.
