Decent monitor/TV on a budget

Looking for a half decent 1920 or 1440 monitor buy on a budget 100 or less. Have a 1920x1200 on my laptop, and would like something with a decent res on a monitor for a desktop. Its for development, and some light gaming and multimedia. if it had a HDMI input or speakers that would be ideal, so it could be used for a console also. I'm probably asking too much of a small budget.

Any ideas. Looking through the monitors on adverts many of them don't get decent reviews and often there not not much cheaper than getting on in a B&M store. if it was cheap enough I'd accept some compromises, obviously.
