[Wanted / Share] Looking for accommodation or house mates near Trinity

I am JS student looking to move out near Trinity ideally within 15 minutes walking distance. I am looking either for an apartment (would pay up to €800 PM) or a room would pay less, depends on location/size/en suite etc.

Otherwise, if people are in a similar position let me know and we could rent together.

Found a great apartment for 2, all looks good, only thing is im unsure of whether its 600 each or between 2, or whether it includes utilities
