    Hi all,
So, I train a little mini rugby team, and one of the kids arrived this morn with his glasses on (drills etc ok, but he wont be allowed to play against other kids as if broken (bad enough) they may cut him or another player).

Anyhoo, just want to inform myself for the parent (give some suggestions)...are little plastic sports glasses out there for kids/cost?

    Thanks

As far as I know the Irfu have banned all types of glasses including safety/sports eyewear. They have strict guidelines relating to material used in clothing to exclude armour as opposed to padding and sports glasses fall foul of this.
Only options is contacts. I know it's **** but that's the rules.
