PC Displays Turn Off Computer Continuously

    Hi,

    Does anyone know, or how to fix a PC that has the Turn Off Computer display continuously flashing.

    I am unable to access any other programs as a result.

    The PC is old, i.e. XP Operating System, but I am wondering if it is worth salvaging or should I just scrap it.

    Depends on the computer specs (CPU, RAM) rather than the operating system. ;)
