Could anyone suggest what would be the best/easiest way to send an electric trolley to someone?

I'm thinking of selling my one but the problem with sending it to a buyer will be the weight of the battery. The package will be very heavy. Any idea what could be a rough cost for something like that?

    Where is it going to?

No where yet. Haven't advertised it yet but just planning ahead. I'm based in Cork.

Just wondering if maybe I should make it collection only. I presume if I was trying to send it to someone in say Dublin for example that the cost may be quite prohibitive.

Collection only mate and just wait for a price that's acceptable to you.

I know An Post accept anything up to 20 kg. I presume trolley & battery boxed up would be over that, must check it out

Id be pretty sure it would be under 20kgs....trolley 8kgs battery, depending on size and charger would be roughly the same inc box 18-19 kgs in total. Sell it as Colletion only and if someone wants is shipped , thier call.

Turns out it should be around 15 kg

Standard 18 hole motocaddy battery is 6.5 kg

So should actually be able to send with An Post for around €15 which is better than I thought it would be.
Will go collection only first and see what the interest is like

With something that value, Registered post is a necessity. Up to 20Kg is €19

Fastway is €6.95 ex for up to 30 KG ,

Cheaper if your doing it in bulk ,

I pay €4.50 ex for packages with them
