If you search through the forum here you will find a lot of setup guides, but I will summarise one for you. It's actually very easy to setup and should be done in 15 minutes. If you want a Sudan provider you could get one from a provider in Sudan or a provider that will give you a Sudanese number.
    1. Connect a phone to Line 1 and dial ****, you will hear Configuration Menu, enter 110#
    2. You will hear the IP Address being called out, so get a pen and write these down (usually something similar to 192.168.x.x)
    3. Enter this IP into your browser and when the page has loaded click on Admin Login at the top right
    4. Click on Line 1
    5. Enter the configuration details given by your provider. It will look something like this:
      259975.png

The main settings are Display Name (set as your username), Username (Auth ID is the same), Password and Proxy (SIP Server) all gotten from your provider
    6. Click Save Settings. The modem should reboot, at which point the Line 1 light should be green indicating that the Linksys has registered with the provider, now try to make a test call
    7. You should set up a dial plan so once your finished dialling it will recognise you have finished entering the number and ring straight away, but this is optional to do but recommended
    8. To give the Linksys priority over other devices on the network, you should setup QoS. This can be done at your router, and setup of this varies depending on your router model
    9. That's it :)
