A bit of advice please, twice now the angle adjuster screw has loosened and caused the chain to go slack, it happened when I went from big ring in the front to smaller ring and made the chain fall off, dont need a new chain as its not that old ?
    Thanks in advance

Do you mean the B post screw? The one on its own on the back of the derailleur unit?

What type of derailleur? Brand/model is usually written on it.

Dab of loctite to stop the screw from moving maybe? Just make sure to use the one that's not more or less permanent.
