Ticket collection question.

I'm booking tickets online to travel from Oranmore - Dublin but on the dropdown list of stations for ticket collection it doesnt include Oranmore even though the IE website says it has a ticket collection machine. If i put down Galway as my collection point can i pick them up in Oranmore or could i pick them up the day before travel in Galway?

Being the weekend i cant contact anybody in Irish Rail.

Galway stations number is 091 561444 and 091 564222; give them a call and they should be able to sort you out.

Tried that, just redirecting me to the automated customer service line.

Just put Galway in - you should still be able to collect them at Oranmore.

You can collect them at any station that has a working ticket machine regardless of the collection point entered.

You can also pick them up in in any machine prior to your departure day. I picked up mine in Galway 4 days before i was to travel.
