Appealing grant, board of education and skills

Has anybody appealed their grant decision to the board of education and skills? Or know anybody who has? I am in the process of doing so. I just wanted to know if anybody was successful, have any tips or advice? I cant go to college without help with the college fees. I dont know how bloody clear I have to make it to these…
