Ebookers query

    Hi,

    I booked a flight to the States through Ebookers about 3 hours ago.

    First time using them.

    They said they would send me an email with the booking details within 45 minutes but I haven't heard anything yet.

    I have a Ebookers record locator and the airline record locator.

    I have booked other people on the flight who need the flight details for US visas as its their first time there and they are starting to panic. The Flight departs on Sunday morning.

    Anyone here have any idea why I'm not hearing back from Ebookers ?

    Take the airline record locator, should be a 6 letter/digit code and put it into the airlines website and see if that works.

    If you were logged into ebookers, sign back in to see you itinerary. If you weren't logged in, use your email address and ebookers record locator to see your booking. If you used ebookers.ie, the link for finding your booking is;
