Remington 700 problem

    Have on loan, prior to purchase, a Remington 700 Varment with a Basix trigger setup. Having problems with consistency with factory ammo. Ex military 7.62 (147g) shoots best groups at 100 and 200yd. Approx 1x1/4 ". Problem next time to use could be wider and or smaller (one hole all touching) have run out of excuses, anybody any ideas? Privi Partisan 165g and 168g will shoot similar.
