    Hi, im supposed to come to study for a year in Dublin (I am a NON EU foreigner), at TCD, and me and my roomates are interested are there any thingies to know about, when renting here?
    What is the wrong part of Dublin? Where is best in Dublin for students? Where there is good ratio of quality/price? Are there some things to know about heating, vermin or something like that?
    Anything that is very good to know when we look? Maybe some part is well connected, maybe some is not so we should avoid it?
