Hi guys tried to find a recent thread on this but couldn't. Want to cancel my setanta subscription but struggling to do it. It says contact them via phone but I can't get through was on hold 15 mins which cost me €4 and am pissed off.

I'm sure others have cancelled could somebody tell me how?

    Thanks

Thanks muffler, am I right in thinking that it then take about 2 months for them to stop taking payments from account? As per the contract

Its 30 days notice you have to give so I cant see why they would take any additional money by direct debit after the 30 days. In saying that I haven't read the contract in a long time

I encountered several problems with them in the past but that was always regarding me cancelling when I was on a discounted offer and they would take the full amount. Always got it sorted though.

Ok think contract says 30 days after your next payment due date , ie 2 payments.
