Sky On Demand - not as it should be ??

    I need some assistance.
I set up my Sky on demand very shortly after the service became available and everything was working well. My kids seemed to get the value from the service and its the same kids I am now blaming for it not working properly.

Now when I go to the red button and select "On Demand" I have only one choice "Showcase". The "catch up" and "box sets" etc options are not available.

Was it the kids messing with the settings or is it something else ???

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you lost Internet connection. Just check your router or test it through the settings section.

Checked my Internet connection & everything looks ok. Went to settings and network and it confirms I'm connected to router & connected to "on Demand" but still the only option in the "On Demand" section is Showcase ??? Confused !!!

I get this often, disconnect the ethernet cable and reconnect it, then go into settings > network (select network) and the red button to reset the connection

Did you change your package with Sky? when we changed some of our content we ended up not receiving some of the stuff that On Demand had before we changed.

Still haven't got back all the options for "on demand". Haven't thought much about it since my last post, but my interest has been reactivated since spotting the new Sky on demand bill boards around town !!!
Anyone any further ideas or is it time to phone Sky ?

Avoid doing this unless totally necessary. Ring tech and they'll be able to sort it.
