looking for a lampy / lights person

    looking for a lampy for a few gigs we have coming up. basically to add a bit of extra whoomph to our live show (ie someone who is (can become) familiar with our songs and work venue lights accordingly. We're dublin based and a few Dublin gigs coming up (and farther a field) so dublin based would be preferable.

    any suggestions ?

    There's only one person worth mentioning, which is Jonny Doyle.

    Not only is he about the most honest guy in Ireland, but he's a great deal! and he has the best gear of anyone that running a portable rig for clubs, etc.

    Seriously!

    And listen, I do know him, I have used him and whatnot, but I wouldn't if he was awful :)
