Is this for a pub? Whoever you buy your cleaning products off will sell detergent and rinse aid. Watering down depends on the brand you buy/your make of glasswasher. I always tended to water them down a little anyway(+25% water) just to avoid any film being left on the glasses.

Ask your suppliers for beer mats, even the craft breweries will have beer mats to give away.

thanks for that..I have just started leasing a place and dont want to keep running to owner for help..its a long story. I rang heineken about a month ago for mats they said they would send some to me etc still waiting.. Dont have distributers for cleaning products buying them as I go but if you can recommend someone? Thanks for info on detergents , dont want to start losing customers just as I am getting them back :-)

Check your local cash and carry, they'll do the detergent.

And if you want to get customers, get some nice beer in. :P
