Need some advice re API and Spain

    Hi all,

    The family and I are flying to Spain soon.
    There was a cock-up with the booking (wife had her married name on booking, but maiden name on passport)

    Aer Lingus sorted that for me, she now has her own booking reference separate from me and the kids.
    This booking will not show up on the Aer Lingus website (I was informed of that at the time of change) and it means that she can't do anything online and must book in at the Aer Lingus desk.

    Would anyone know how she is to provide the API info required?
    Can she do it at check in or does it need to be done 72 hours in advance?
    If so, how?

    Got it sorted, had to do it over the phone.
    Only problem you may encounter if you find yourself in a similar situation is that it's near impossible to speak to a human.

    Lots of phone menu options, but none of them related to my predicament.
    I eventually got onto someone through pressing buttons almost at random :)
