Sediment in radiators

Some of my rads are only partially heating and I have been advised that they need cleaning out. Must each rad be removed from its fixing to remove the sediment or can it be done from a lower level pipe without removing the rads from the walls.
    Thank you

Look into having the system power flushed.

It's a cleansing system using chemicals, water and a pressure pump, check with local installers, some will have the equipment or will recommened someone.
