Try the garages in the coolmine industrial estate.

I got SqaureFit in Finglas to change the oil and filter (which I supplied) on my Girlfriends car, cost 30 euro.

Try Marius in Coolmine Motors (in the industrial estate) or Discount Tyres in Rosemount

20 euro is insane low, would wonder how they are making any profit

Its a race to the bottom. By the time he factors in rent/rates/esb/tools/disposal then the job cost him money

Some guys will do that stuff on the cheap hoping to get more business later that will recoup it.
Tbh, it's an easy job that isn't particularly labour intensive as you can drain oil and go do something else until it's time to change filter and fill her up again.

exactly he done it when he had nothing else on only took 20 mins for both cars so 40 Euro not bad
