Just wondering does anyone know of a cheap way of sorting sand. I have an old sand pit that has a good bit left in it. I've been using it to make roadways and fixing up round the yard but if I could grade it I'd have my own drainage stone. I cant afford to buy proper grading plant so is there any other way people have seen that doesn't involve expensive plant?

This is the face of the pit

could you not hire in a plant for a couple weeks work.
i know its more prevelant in the UK but there should be a few mobile plants sitting doing nothing for the last while.

Get a digger in with a riddle bucket, leave it in piles of whatever size you want
