Here's a list of what is banned: http://www.uaeinteract.com/travel/drug.asp The names in caps are the US trademarks - the Irish names may be different so double check. They appear to be mostly painkillers, antidepressants, anxiety meds, mood stabilisers and that sort of thing.

To be honest, I can't remember being asked about meds ... (I only carry Ventolin anyway)

Wow knew they banned all the opiates/opiods. Had no idea about the antidepressants. Seems weird they have banned the lower dosage xanax but not the 2mg tabs. :pac::P
