Best online stock trading broker if you trade from Ireland?

I'm new to stock trading, but I did some research, it seems the online trading companies from US, UK and Europe are all cheaper than the Irish based companies. Which company is the best and cheapest to use when you want trade small amounts of Irish and US shares and not deal often? I really appreciate your help.
