Didn't see it up here, so said I would draw attention to it.
Charity cycle this Saturday, 116, 70 & 30 Km routes in aid of a good cause (Cois Nore cancer Support) Didn't get to do it last year myself (its inaugural year), but heard good reports. 116 k route shares some of the Tour de Kilkenny route so a bit hilly I believe.
So if at a loose end in the South-east, roll up for this Saturday.

Damn, would have liked to do this. I won't be back in KK in time. Best of luck to all involved.

Hopefully the kids will introduce the concept of "taking it easy" to you!!

Not likely, as I'm under pressure to be back in time from the long one to go round with them. I'll need a team though...

Not likely I'll only be able for 7.5km kids cycle after 116km I thought it was 120km last year did the road shrink?
