PLC payment questions?

    Hi I got accepted on a PLC course in rathmines today and I have a couple of questions

    1. They said come in tomorrow and pay. But I'm not available tomorrow since I'm in Northern Ireland, so do you think it would keep till Monday?
    2. I have a medical card, but I can't find it. What would count as proof to get me the few reduction?

    Can you pay by credit card over the phone? Can you ask your doctor for a letter stating you have a medical card?

    I would suggest ringing the college for advice.
