After spending a load of money from hardwareversand. i finally bought the parts needed to build a decent pc. 6 weeks in disaster. my wife tripped over the cable that connects my racing chair to the usb at the front of the case. the slot was damaged along with the circuit board so both usb dont work. Case was the White Xstrike Aerocool with blue leds. She has offered to get me a new one but have seen the theremaltake level 10 series and would like any advice on getting this one. i do intend to watercool in the future aswell as getting a second ghraphics cards (radeon 7950 3 gig )

    Cheers

Your a better man than me i'd be asking for a divorce :D :P

The level 10 is not a great case for water imo.
With 2x 7950's and the cpu in a loop it would be better to look at different case that allows for good rad placement.

Whats your budget for the case?

How serious are you going to watercool?

Also which Thermal take level 10 case are you looking to buy? (there are 2-3 models)

If you want proper watercooling (full CPU/GPU cooled by water) something like a Silverstone TJ07 is what you should be looking at

anywhere from 150-250.if there is one out there that goes with my kit and is able to add too then 250 might not need be spent. i just seen the level 10 and loved the look. i like my kit to look the part aswell as perform if you know what i mean. next buy is a second Graphics card to need to be able to fit it and then will try watercooling.

Is it just the front Usbs that are damaged? Do the audio jacks etc work?

If thats all thats wrong you could look into something like this? http://www.ebay.ie/itm/New-5-25-Media-Dashboard-Front-Panel-PCI-E-to-2-x-USB-3-0-Power-Port-Combo-/130680588240?pt=UK_Computing_Other_Computing_Networking&hash=item1e6d2b87d0

nahh buddy, evrything is fooooked. so want to get a new one. i,m fussy that way. plus after deciding about extra card and watercooling i dont fink the aerostrike case will suffice. so seeing as the missus broke it i guilt tripped her and she has said she will replace it. told her i,ll add the difference .

    cheers for the reply

    http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/96-phantom-820-full-tower-case

According to the spec it can mount a metric sht tonne of water cooling radiators
(there would be plenty of space to expand to water cooling )

    "Top: 2x 140mm or 3x 120mm
    Rear: 1x 140mm or 1x 120mm
    Bottom: 2x 140mm or 2x 120mm
    Pivot: 1x 140mm or 1x 120mm"

Just double check the physical dimensions though.... thing is a monster!

    (Dimensions 235mm (W) x 650mm (H) x 612mm (D))

Went ahead and ordered the nzxt 820 phantom. When i arrived my oh my this case dwarfs the previous case i had. From all the space to the tidyness of the wiring when finished. looking forward to adding the next graphics card and then the water cooling. thanks to all for the advice or to anyone who took the time to read my original post. love shopping on hardwareeversand that company rocks. took a few pics of the change over if interested.
