I've come across my grandfather's retirement present recently... a personally engraved eterna-matic 1000 from about 1967 (looks a lot like this http://eterna-fanatic.com/media/bakery/images/item107/063_A.jpg). It's in ok condition but not working at the moment - in need of a good clean and service I presume. Would it be worth getting this done, and where is the best place in Dublin for vintage watches?

Also out of curiosity the watch is branded by the retailer that sold the watch. How would that effect the value? I have no intentions of selling it but I'm curious.
