    Hi All,
I have been doing some searching, looking into joining a LARP community and I don't seem to be able to find one, maybe I'm wrong but i think camarilla is the only one and that doesn't seem to be active.

I would be interested in setting something like this up that we could do every weekend. Does anybody here have any interest in this?

There's a whole bunch of LARP folks who owe nothing to the Cam, they just don't advertise terribly well. I have a friend or two involved in one such group, I'll see if I can get some details for you.

Must say I've been tempted to at least go to you a LARP session, I'm somewhat intrigued by the idea. Added to which is it just me or has it been in the media a lot more than normal recently. Both Ars and the Beep have done articles on it in the past few weeks.

Lough Devnaree is SCA rather than LARP. Still interesting, but a different kind of thing. SCA is more about middle-ages re-enactment,not role-playing.

Active & regular in Dublin are, last time I checked:

    A monthly steampunk LARP: https://www.facebook.com/DublinSteampunkLarp
A monthly dark heresy LARP (No site I can find, but according to IGA site it's the First uesday of the month in the Drury hotel)
3 monthly Cam (or as it's called now 'Shadowplay Ireland') LARPs (new Mage & Changeling, old werewolf) - Nothing really happened for the last few months, due to a global chronicle reset and some super disorganisation, but those games above have more or less just started or are starting, and I've heard good things. https://www.facebook.com/groups/4715634597

There's also the Academy at Eblana rubber sword LRP starting this month, I believe the games will be in Dundalk, but lots of Dublin folk are involved: https://www.facebook.com/AcademyOfEblana

Brill I would like to join for session too, great idea. I haven't played for years and never in Ireland (use to play for years in Poland and in UK too). I will keep watching this thread!
