"Held at customs"

    Can anyone tell me what this means exactly? I ordered a hoodie and two t-shirts from Redbubble.com, they were shipped from America and on the DHL tracking page it says:

    "1:30am, AN POST, IE: Handed over to partner carrier."

    "9:53, AN POST, IE: Held at Customs"

    Is there a problem with the package?

    You just have to pay tax on it, they will contact you.

    They were the latest updates on the package but now there is this...
    11:09am DeutschePost, DE: Processed Sort Facility

    Has the package been sent back to Germany? Any help is much appreciated.

    Does it say which sorting facility? Leipzig e.g.?
    I also ship with DHL and sometimes the routes from source to destination are confusing...

    you should have rang on post, happened to me before and gave on post a ring to see why my item was in customs, after the conversation had my package a few days later after waiting weeks.

    it was coming from china and only small.

    Just wondering if you received the package? I have just had the same thing happen to me with a package from red bubble.
