I had a look in Lidl today but they were really uncomfortable.
So I was wondering should I really go try them on instead of buying over the net?

Halfords & Tesco, bought my helmets from them. After an hour they start to dig into my scalp. But i think its missing some spunging "kids". Might be worth checking them out & of course some bike shops.

your local bike shop would have a much better range than lidl.
plus, if you accept that bike helmets are a good idea - do you really want to buy the cheapest possible?

I'm 36 so I still buying one more because gf and mother and sisters are getting onto me, I understand they'd a good idea. I'll be cycling right into town. And yep I understand cheapest isn't best, my motorsport one wasn't the cheapest and I use it far less then the bike one will be used, also it would be good to like the look of what I'll be wearing.
